How can I place an order?
Simply choose your item, add it to the cart and follow the instructions at checkout. We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are quoted in GBP and you’ll be prompted to confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same day; otherwise, processing may take 1–4 business days. We will not begin fulfillment until your payment has been successfully verified.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel your purchase until it enters the shipping queue; once dispatched, you’ll need to follow our return procedure.
Shipment
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At this time we dispatch goods exclusively from our Dutch warehouse to customers within the United Kingdom. Deliveries to other countries are not available.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all UK orders.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, shipments typically take 5–8 business days to arrive, so your package should be with you within 6–12 business days. We partner with DHL and provide a tracking code once your order leaves our facility.
What if my package arrives damaged or goes missing?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your items are missing or damaged so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns are subject to inspection before refunds are issued.
Are there any return fees?
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we’ll cover the cost of the return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest, but registering allows you to view order history and save addresses for quicker future purchases.
